World's Longest Yardsale! Yahoo!!!

The Webster Girls hit the 127 Corridor HARD!

Ok, this blog is not about our product per say, but we are always on the hunt for more furniture to paint. We also have our booths we need to keep stocked. Plus, girls just wanna have fun!

Heather and I decided we REALLY wanted to see the World's Longest Yard Sale for ourselves! We'd heard stories but nothing had prepared us for just how BIG and how MANY yard sales there were! We left home on Wednesday morning and headed for Jamestown, TN. Here's how we rolled :D
A Yukon XL with no seats holds a ton! And we needed every inch! We set up camp.....here's our campsite at sunrise on Thursday.
Always check for a rooster farm at the back of your campground.
We had an amazing time, not just shopping the sales but also seeing the local attractions.

My motto has always been, if I need one now, I'll probably need more later.....so buy in bulk! You get much better prices this way. I believe I have perfected "How much for the whole box?" in my finest Atlanta drawl.....Silver plated flatware and yardsticks were finding me irresistible ;)
I couldn't resist this OLD garden gate and for some reason, after purchasing this bunny, I was craving chocolate. I think he's adorable!

We needed more totes and bungee cords so we headed to the Walmart. You just never know what you are going to find at a Walmart....see the cake on the wheel-well?

We had a great time! We traveled from Jamestown, TN to Jamestown, KY. Kentucky was our favorite! The views, the people, the shopping! We will spend more time in Kentucky next year! We wish we could have met some of you along the way. Join us in 2013!! Nicole & Heather
